A company is looking for a Comercial Learning and Development Manager. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to develop and implement processes for the commercial learning function Manage day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System, including content deployment and data management Schedule and coordinate training activities and manage logistics for various training-related events Required Qualifications BS/BA degree required 5+ years of project management experience in Life Sciences preferred Experience in customer-facing roles or training/brand marketing preferred Understanding of the commercial space within the pharmaceutical/biotech ecosystem Familiarity with Adult Learning Principles preferred
