Community Policy Manager

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and improve policies affecting business strategy and operations
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to guide policy operationalization efforts
Use data and research to assess and revise policies as needed
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a Policy, Legal, or Trust and Safety role
Experience addressing discrimination issues in a complex international setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage challenging issues independently
Exceptional writing abilities and capacity for critical thinking
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain strategic thinking
