Competition Computer Science Instructor
A company is looking for a Competition Computer Science Instructor.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate interactive discussions and guide students through lessons in real-time online sessions using text and LaTeX
Prepare for classes with pre-written lesson plans, typically requiring less than an hour of prep time
Conduct weekly classes primarily scheduled from 7:20 - 9 pm ET (4:20 - 6 pm PT)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with a solid academic background in computer science
Experience teaching or tutoring middle school, high school, or university students, preferably with advanced students
Participation or coaching experience in coding competitions, such as the USACO
Experience in teaching or tutoring math or math competitions is preferred
Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the US if residing there
