A company is looking for a Staff Computational Biologist. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of computational methods and algorithms for biological data analysis Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance understanding of data properties and clinical context Contribute to strategic planning and scientific direction for computational biology initiatives Required Qualifications Ph.D. or Masters in computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics, or a related field 5+ years of experience with a Ph.D. or 8+ years with a Masters in biotech or pharma Proven track record of developing quantitative models for biological data Expertise in NGS/bioinformatics, statistics, and machine learning for high-dimensional datasets Experience in diagnostics and familiarity with database technologies is a plus
