Key Responsibilities Answer telephones and respond to pharmacy inquiries from providers Analyze pharmacy claims and document call inquiries accurately Process prior authorization requests and maintain records of approvals or denials Required Qualifications Knowledge of pharmacy claims and dispensing systems Connecticut Licensed (Active) Pharmacy Technician Pharmacy Technician Certification - National (preferred) Proficiency in Medicaid & Medicare Part D, MS Office Suite, and Outlook Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment
