Key Responsibilities Lead advisory engagements to assess current state and define future state roadmaps for Core Administration and operations transformation Leverage technology to define business and technology blueprints that optimize core administrative functions and claims operations Conduct operational financial assessments to identify cost reduction opportunities and develop business cases for improved efficiencies Required Qualifications At least 8 years of relevant experience in a Consulting Leadership role within the Health Plan or Healthcare sector Proven relationship-building skills with leadership at the C-suite level and below Experience in creating technology roadmaps and selecting appropriate infrastructure and platforms Experience in profitability management and developing financial plans and budgets Strong team management skills with a focus on performance and collaboration
