Contact Center Operations Representative
A company is looking for a Contact Center Operations Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain high service level standards and meet service metrics
Make sound decisions and create solutions to meet member needs
Proactively identify member friction points and suggest improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two years customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
Proficient in MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Bilingual abilities in Spanish preferred
Ability to operate a computer and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
