Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing materials for meetings of the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee
Support the implementation and execution of Executive Compensation programs through data analytics and reporting
Draft executive compensation tables and materials for the annual proxy statement
Required Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of Executive Compensation and/or Equity benefit programs
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree required
Familiarity with general accounting and payroll practices
Knowledge of SOX controls and compliance
