Key Responsibilities
Consults with team and hiring leaders on requisition qualifications and recruitment events
Analyzes recruitment trends and metrics to develop strategic recruitment plans
Ensures compliance with HR policies and regulatory standards while managing recruitment activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
Typically requires 3 years of experience in recruitment or employment hiring
Intermediate knowledge of contact centers and enterprise operations
Ability to manage and maintain confidential information
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
