Contract Paralegal
A company is looking for a Contract Paralegal to support its operations in finance and accounting on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities Review and summarize legal documents, flagging key issues and risks Analyze contract language to identify legal risks and obligations Build and maintain a structured contract database capturing key clauses and exceptions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field 3+ years of experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role, preferably focused on contract law Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology Experience reviewing commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs Proficiency with document and contract management tools
