CPA Licensed Financial Reporting Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting and Internal Controls. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS or GAAP standards Lead the Canadian SOX compliance program and monitor internal control policies across financial processes Streamline financial reporting processes and support M&A diligence and integration efforts Required Qualifications CA or CPA designation with experience in auditing and financial reporting from a big four accounting firm Extensive knowledge of C-SOX compliance, regulatory requirements, and IFRS or GAAP standards Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with NetSuite or MS Dynamics is an asset Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high integrity and accountability Experience mentoring junior staff and delivering cross-functional training
