CPA SEC Reporting Manager
A company is looking for an SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager, US Remote. Key Responsibilities Drive the preparation and completion of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and manage the related processes Research and communicate accounting positions to partners across decentralized businesses and corporate finance teams Support the audit team and assist in performing accounting research for unique and complex transactions Required Qualifications Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting or finance and an active CPA license 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in public accounting (Big 4 or Regional Firm) Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP and SEC requirements Experience working across operating functions and with teams in various geographic locations Energetic, hands-on, resourceful self-starter with a consultative and collaborative approach
