CPA Technical Accounting Manager
A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Accounting. Key Responsibilities: Research and ensure timely adoption of new accounting standards, including preparation of technical accounting memos Assist in accounting close for matters such as segment reporting and goodwill assessments Provide technical accounting direction and training for the accounting organization and manage external auditor relationships Required Qualifications: CPA and Big Four experience required Minimum of 6 years in public accounting or a multinational corporation, with at least 4 years at a Big 4 firm Strong knowledge of US GAAP, AICPA, PCAOB Auditing Standards, and Sarbanes-Oxley Sound understanding of SaaS and related technology preferred Positive, proactive work ethic with strong multi-tasking abilities
