Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive creative optimisation strategy across various channels to boost conversions and user engagement
Collaborate with the Creative Hub to establish a scalable process for producing and testing high-performing creatives
Analyse data from A/B tests to inform future creative development and align efforts with marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
Direct testing and platform performance experience
Experience in a digital and/or creative agency
Strong knowledge of ad platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, GDN, YouTube, and TikTok
Deep expertise in various ad creative formats
