A company is looking for a Supervisor, Credentialing to oversee the credentialing operations and manage staff performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee the credentialing and re-credentialing process for assigned business units Investigate and resolve complex credentialing issues while ensuring quality benchmarks are met Provide training to team members and facilitate Credentialing Committee meetings Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of combined management and provider data management experience Experience in credentialing or healthcare operations, preferably in a managed care or insurance environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with audit preparation and reviews related to credentialing
