Key Responsibilities Provide project and program management support to the VHIE Public Health Program Manager and PHR Workstream Lead Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying and managing risks and issues Facilitate reviews, capture feedback, and develop project artifacts while communicating with stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five years of experience in health information exchange and pharmacy support Demonstrated business system analyst experience with internal and external customer interaction Skilled in Microsoft Suite of Tools (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Must be an initiative-taker, able to work effectively with limited oversight Experience with health information exchange technologies or networks is preferred
