Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive analytical support for Card Credit Bureau Disputes
Develop and enhance dispute resolution strategies using data and decision support tools
Lead and manage day-to-day dispute processes, escalating issues to management as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience in accounting, analytics, credit disputes, or a related field
Strong understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and its application in dispute resolution
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, etc.)
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities
