Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rates
Manage SMS scheduling and oversee the development of email campaigns while ensuring brand voice consistency
Lead and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably in eCommerce
Proven track record of increasing repeat purchases and optimizing retention strategies
Strong expertise in Klaviyo, including flows, triggers, segmentation, analytics, and reporting
Hands-on experience with SMS and email marketing campaign execution
Ability to manage multiple brands while maintaining strategic consistency
