Customer Advocacy Associate
A company is looking for an Assoc Specialist - Customer Advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and provide accurate account analysis and documentation for internal and external customers
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including management and regulatory agencies, to resolve issues
Train new staff and monitor procedural updates to ensure compliance with servicing requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
0-3 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 1 year in the Office of the Customer Advocate or 2 years in a servicing environment
Experience handling escalated matters and communicating with consumers
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a criminal background check
Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans
