Key Responsibilities Develop and execute change management strategies to support technological changes Provide thought leadership and guidance to assist clients in overcoming migration challenges Design and deliver communication and training plans to ensure stakeholder engagement and technology adoption Required Qualifications Experience with ADKAR methodologies and other OCM frameworks Experience with large-scale technology migration projects Familiarity with Agile, KANBAN, and SCRUM project management methodologies Familiarity with Jira and Miro collaboration tools Prosci certification or similar change management certification is a plus
