Key Responsibilities
Plan, draft, and execute customer communications supporting the scaled Customer Success journey
Tailor content based on customer segments, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle stages
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and validate messaging
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline
3+ years of experience in customer communications, content marketing, or lifecycle marketing
Demonstrated success in delivering structured, customer-facing communications at scale
Experience with communication tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and CMS platforms
Comfort working in an evolving, fast-paced environment
