Customer Enablement Engineer
A company is looking for a Customer Enablement Architecture Engineer to support Veterans Affairs operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into initiatives for workflow optimization and system enhancements
Post and communicate service interruption notifications to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely updates
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
12+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role
Knowledge of healthcare, finance, or technology industries is preferred
Experience with project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint)
Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust clearance
