Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction
Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate order processing
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role in e-commerce or apparel
Direct experience managing 3PL relationships for order processing and shipping
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or CRMs (e.g., Shopify, Zendesk)
Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
