Customer Experience Program Manager
A company is looking for a CX/VoC Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, queries, reports, and visualizations to support customer experience initiatives
Create interactive data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with teams to integrate data insights into business decisions and enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in CX or VoC program/project management or related roles
Degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field preferred
Project Management or Customer Experience Management certifications are preferred
Experience with CXM platforms (e.g., Medallia, Qualtrics)
Strong knowledge of CX and VoC best practices and metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES, etc.)
