Customer Experience Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor the performance of Customer Experience agents to meet KPIs
Conduct quality checks and provide ongoing feedback and training to team members
Assist management with operational tasks, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role
Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
Experience with performance appraisals and employee training
