Customer Operations Analyst Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for team escalations and mentor team members in resolving complex issues

Oversee daily team operations and ensure high-quality service and issue resolution for client accounts
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in customer-facing support operations or business operations, preferably in digital advertising or SaaS
Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring or managing teams
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Google Sheets, Tableau, and Excel
In-depth understanding of customer-facing revenue-related operations, particularly in TV or digital advertising
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to implement operational changes
