Customer Order Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Order Specialist to manage order processing and customer service. Key Responsibilities Review, process, and manage orders ensuring accuracy between source systems and Oracle Interface with internal departments to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment Maintain records of order changes and communicate status updates to relevant teams Required Qualifications BS degree preferred 2-3 years of customer service experience in medical devices Experience with Oracle and SalesForce.com preferred Strong communication skills required
