Customer Outreach Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Service Member Outreach Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls to activate and engage members in health programs and campaigns
Document information obtained from members during outreach and follow-up
Utilize exceptional customer service skills and motivational interviewing to encourage member participation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or college degree preferred
Two years of related work experience in health care, customer service, telemarketing, account management, or sales required
One year of call center experience required
One year of experience equivalent to a lead/senior role or Customer Service Rep II required
Experience with computers, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required
