Customer Project Management Manager
A company is looking for a Manager 1 - Customer Project Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the service delivery team to ensure accurate order entry and adherence to service level agreements
Develop and enhance processes for the service delivery team and provide feedback to sales teams for operational improvements
Hire, coach, and evaluate team members based on performance standards and metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Experience in managing teams, including exempt and non-exempt employees
Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as necessary
Demonstrated independent judgment in significant matters
