7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles within customer experience or client success
Proven experience managing service teams of 8+ in metrics-driven environments
Deep understanding of CRM tools, databases, and operational reporting
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Experience managing remote teams and global support operations is a strong plus
