A company is looking for a Customer Service - Account Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer requests via phone, fax, or email, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Document and coordinate business transactions including orders, returns, and information requests
Research billing discrepancies and maintain effective communication with customers and team members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Minimum of three (3) years of Customer Service experience
Intermediate understanding of telephony concepts and practices
Basic knowledge of firearms, types, and usage
Experience with MS Office Suite
