IT Service Delivery Business Analyst
A company is looking for a Business Analyst, IT Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the SDLC process for new systems and enhancements to existing systems
Manage IT change requests and participate in the Change Authorization Board (CAB)
Prepare documentation to support audit and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 2 years, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Experience with IT regulatory compliance and information security
Familiarity with ITIL best practices in Change and SDLC Management
Knowledge of service request tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
Experience leading projects with project management tools
