Customer Success Business Analyst
A company is looking for a Customer Success Business Analyst (Maternity Leave).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather objectives and requirements
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor customer success KPIs and performance
Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or relevant experience
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the SaaS industry
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, and Excel
Strong knowledge of Salesforce
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and project management strategies
