Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular interactions and proactive meetings
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and engineering teams to improve internal processes and enhance the customer experience
Advocate for customers by managing their feedback and product needs, and communicating these to internal teams
Required Qualifications
Experience in SaaS customer success
Basic understanding of APIs and computer networking
Curiosity to learn about the security industry
Ability to build long-lasting relationships with senior executives and functional managers
Desire to build technical skills
