A company is looking for a Customer Success Renewal Manager to support the Customer Success Organization in driving customer renewals. Key Responsibilities Serve as an extended member of the account team to ensure successful contract renewals Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the renewal process Partner with various teams to accelerate the contract renewal process and identify renewal risks Required Qualifications 4+ years of Sales, Customer Success, or Finance experience 1+ year of experience in a software renewal role Negotiation skills with experience in driving contracts to completion Experience analyzing complex problems and managing risk Familiarity with project management methodologies
