Data Center Project Manager

A company is looking for a Data Center Project Manager/Owners Rep. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout Work with clients to prepare project elements such as scope, budget, and schedules, while ensuring data integrity and documentation accuracy Direct the project delivery team and create action plans to meet objectives, tracking progress and reporting on status and variances Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
