A company is looking for a Denial Management Representative - Remote. Key Responsibilities Research and resolve uncollected account balances by contacting third-party payors and patients Document account activities and maintain productivity and quality standards Assist with special projects and escalate payment delays to management Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or accounting preferred 1-4 years of medical claims and/or hospital collections experience Basic computer skills and ability to navigate patient accounting applications Understanding of the revenue cycle process and insurance collections Minimum typing requirement of 45 wpm
