Denial Management Representative
A company is looking for a Denial Management and Follow Up Representative - Remote. Key Responsibilities Research and resolve uncollected account balances by contacting third-party payors and patients Document account activities and maintain productivity goals while ensuring compliance with regulations Assist with special projects and communicate findings to management Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or accounting preferred 1-4 years of medical claims and/or hospital collections experience Basic computer skills and ability to navigate patient accounting applications Intermediate knowledge of Commercial, Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid collections Minimum typing requirement of 45 words per minute
