A company is looking for a Deployment Coordinator to manage international deployments for U.S. personnel. Key Responsibilities Manage deployment tracking systems and ensure compliance of Letters of Authorization (LOAs) Handle Country Clearance requests and prepare deployment packages Maintain management tools and assist with Program Management Office (PMO) support Required Qualifications High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in deployment processing or related administrative work Familiarity with SPOT, APACS, and travel processes Must qualify for and maintain a DoD SECRET Clearance Proficiency in Microsoft Office U.S. Citizenship required to start
