Development Communications Coordinator
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Development Communications.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate information and project management systems for the Development Communications team
Manage the team workplan and assist in creating reports and presentations
Support communication efforts with major donors and maintain donor-related materials
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent with a minimum of three years of administrative work experience; Bachelor's degree may substitute up to two years
Experience in managing projects or information systems and working with document libraries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with contact databases
Experience with collaborative project management systems, such as Asana
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and conduct work via teleconference and email
