Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and correspondence in a fast-paced environment

Advise customers on digital tools and resources to enhance their banking experience
Required Qualifications
2 years of customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Knowledge of financial institutions preferred
Experience with general math, ten-key, and basic computer skills
Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role preferred
