End User Support Associate
A company is looking for an End User Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on and remote technical support, acting as the first point of escalation for L1 and L2 IT issues
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex problems and support project testing and deployment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Mac OS and Windows computers, and assist with hardware inventory management
Required Qualifications
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals
Familiarity with MacOS and Windows 10/11 operating systems
Knowledge of cloud-based services such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Office 365
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ are a plus
