A company is looking for a Digital Mortgage Project Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage external client relationships by assessing needs and providing solutions using mortgage workflow knowledge and Encompass administration experience Organize projects in Teamwork Project Management software, lead weekly project calls, and ensure client ROI through task completion Develop advanced Encompass solutions, configure environments, and identify opportunities for promoting existing solutions to enhance client experience Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience with the ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass platform, including advanced functions 5+ years of understanding of mortgage lending and regulatory requirements Proficiency in Encompass programming, including business rules and custom forms Familiarity with Encompass Web, Java Script, and SDK programming Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues, and work independently with minimal supervision
