Key Responsibilities
Oversee ECC Call Center operations to meet service level goals and customer satisfaction targets
Lead and develop a team of Customer Service Managers, focusing on high performance and engagement
Implement customer service strategies and monitor KPIs to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or call center leadership, preferably in healthcare or veterinary services
Proven experience in managing call center operations and customer service teams
Strong understanding of customer service metrics and CRM systems
Ability to develop and execute customer experience strategies aligned with business objectives
Proficiency in customer service technology platforms and Hubspot is preferred
