Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
Manage and motivate high-performing teams while providing guidance and mentorship
Establish data quality standards and monitor compliance across GTM functions
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative culture
Expertise in designing customer-identity workflows and governance controls
Strong analytical skills using SQL, Python/R, and BI tools
Experience with enterprise customer data APIs and data governance processes
Ability to lead data incident management and root cause analysis processes
