A company is looking for a Director Customer Logistics - Last Mile. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with customers and represent the company in meetings Forecast, plan, and manage accounts to meet financial targets and implement mitigation plans as necessary Oversee operations to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage safety culture Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field; Master's degree preferred Eight years or more of logistics/supply chain experience in multiple locations required Five years or more of experience in developing logistics solutions and project management required Six years or more of experience managing large multi-level teams required Five years or more of P&L responsibility including financial forecasting required
