Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and continuous improvement of core people programs, including onboarding and employee development
Oversee the employee engagement survey strategy and drive measurable improvements in collaboration with business leaders
Develop leadership programs and enhance performance management practices to support high-performing teams
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in People/HR roles, with 5+ years in building and developing high-performing teams
Experience designing and scaling employee success programs in a fast-paced startup environment
Fluency in leveraging AI tools to improve HR processes
Strong understanding of organizational design and people analytics
Comfort using Workday, Culture Amp, and Atlassian platforms
