Key Responsibilities Design and deliver inclusive learning experiences and workshops to promote psychological safety and identity awareness Coordinate and manage key programs, ensuring smooth execution and alignment among stakeholders Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate inclusive practices into core systems like hiring and performance management Required Qualifications 5 years of relevant experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HR, or a related field Program management experience, including planning and stakeholder engagement across multiple functions Applied knowledge of inclusive practices, particularly in hiring and team dynamics Ability to design practical learning materials and tools that are accessible to all learners Proactive and self-directed approach to work, with a focus on continuous improvement
