A company is looking for a Director, Fund Shareholder Services to lead and manage operations of a Service Provider Oversight Team. Key Responsibilities Lead the Service Provider Oversight team and manage transfer agency operations for various investment products Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies Develop and motivate staff while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent 8+ years of experience in asset management or financial services, focusing on transfer agency operations Experience with investment products such as mutual funds, CITs, interval funds, and 529 plans Deep understanding of transfer agent and intermediary operations FINRA Series 6 or 7 licensing required within 6 months of hire; Series 26 or 24 required 6 months later
