Director of Global Renewals
A company is looking for a Director of Global Renewals to lead and develop renewal strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pioneer and build the Renewals function, implementing strategies and processes for efficient contract renewals
Define and track key renewal KPIs, providing insights to the executive team
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of experience in renewal management, account management, or customer success within the software or technology industry
A track record of success in driving customer retention and revenue growth through strategic renewal practices
Proven expertise in designing and implementing renewal processes and metrics
At least 5 years of people management experience, leading high-performing teams
Deep understanding of customer-focused strategies
