Director of Global RWD Strategy

A company is looking for a Consultant/Director, Global Real-World Data (RWD) Strategy & Sourcing. Key Responsibilities Evaluate comprehensiveness and fitness-for-purpose of RWD through feasibility assessments and pilot studies Maintain knowledge of industry-leading RWD and analytics methodologies, contributing to the RWE CoE data strategy Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors in sourcing of RWD and promote a culture of curiosity and innovation Required Qualifications PhD in Economics, Health Services, Health Economics, or related field; Master's degree considered with extensive experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in health services and outcomes research, or 8 years with a Master's degree Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and analytics methods for structured and unstructured data Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience is required Demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
